Together they eloquently tackled mental resilience in the industry, sharing not just challenges but also the optimism and strategies for enhancing well-being at work.
Additionally, Matthew took on the fascinating panel on redesigning work to fit people brought fresh perspectives on catering to today's hospitality workforce needs.
While Timothy chaired the discussion on the media's portrayal of gender roles in hospitality, it sparked essential conversations we hope to continue.
