Newsletter 15th January

Hello hello hello,

What a whirlwind the past fortnight has been!

Here at Organic Recruitment, we've taken the bullish start of 2024 by the horns, with our clients keenly looking to make their mark as early as possible. We're back in full swing, matchmaking roles and hitting milestones, all while keeping our finger on the pulse of the vibrant hospitality industry.

In the midst of our busy schedule, we took a moment to address an important topic that sometimes slips under the radar - well-being. With the new year unfolding, we understand the subtle anxiety that might creep in and the crucial role well-being plays in our everyday lives.

We've put together an article with some simple tips and encouragement we hope will help you thrive and flourish in 2024.

Last Friday, our team had an absolute blast at our delayed Christmas party in London, hosted by the fabulous folks at Hospitality Rocks. From the unforgettable entertainment to the melt-in-your-mouth beef cheeks, it was a night to remember (well, at least the parts we can share!).

So, to everyone we reconnected with, and to the new faces we met – we can't wait for the next rendezvous!

Let's take a quick detour to the Middle East, where Dubai, again, clinched the title as the number 1 global destination.

Our friends there continue to outdo themselves, creating awe-inspiring experiences in a city where the impossible becomes possible.

Are indoor skiing, desert dune-surfing, or zip-lining above the city on your bucket list? In Dubai, they're just another day's work.

We're thrilled to be a part of this exhilarating hospitality landscape and eagerly anticipate what the year holds.

If you're wondering how we operate in this dynamic region, whether you're seeking a job or a recruitment partner, take a gander at our article from last year.
